amazing staffgreat locationcool style
The staff was amazing. sofia even helped me with personal shopping for ice cream, it was great. the location is great. I could walk everywhere. the hotel's style is very cool and trendy.
my tv remote didn't work, and there were no manual controls on the tv itself. it was a minor inconvenience, though.

My beautiful double room was gorgeous!!! it had two large windows in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. the minibar was well-stocked. it lacked sweets. the bed was comfortable.

the staff was friendly and efficient. nothing was too much trouble for them. i got a warm welcome, and i was upgraded to a jr suite. the staff gave me recommendations daily and booked reservations for me.

hard beddim lighting
The bed in the double room was rather hard. I experienced some discomfort. the air conditioning was difficult to regulate, i found it inconsistently cooled the room. the lighting in the bathroom was dim, i struggled with makeup application. these issues affected my stay.

The staff were helpful, especially with luggage since check-in was later. I received a room upgrade to a junior suite upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient. I could walk to many main sites and enjoy lunch stops.
Noise was a problem every morning. Some kind of truck drove down the road, waking me up.

the location was central, near several attractions. the breakfast buffet included freshly baked cakes. the walk-in shower featured a waterfall setting, which i found a nice addition.

the staff was helpful, especially with directions and local recommendations. i found the room to be very clean and well-kept. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. breakfast offered varied choices, including fresh pastries and fruits (i especially enjoyed the cappuccinos).
the elevator was occasionally slow, which sometimes caused a slight delay.
