excellent stay!
amazing staff great location cool style
The staff was amazing. sofia even helped me with personal shopping for ice cream, it was great. the location is great. I could walk everywhere. the hotel's style is very cool and trendy.
my tv remote didn't work, and there were no manual controls on the tv itself. it was a minor inconvenience, though.

breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. the hotel is right next to restaurant campocori, you do not want to miss a chance to eat here!!! campocori deserves a michelin star.

My beautiful double room was gorgeous!!! it had two large windows in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. the minibar was well-stocked. it lacked sweets. the bed was comfortable.

the staff was friendly and efficient. nothing was too much trouble for them. i got a warm welcome, and i was upgraded to a jr suite. the staff gave me recommendations daily and booked reservations for me.

hard bed dim lighting
The bed in the double room was rather hard. I experienced some discomfort. the air conditioning was difficult to regulate, i found it inconsistently cooled the room. the lighting in the bathroom was dim, i struggled with makeup application. these issues affected my stay.

The location proved ideal. I easily walked to major attractions. the room had a powerful shower. It was easy to use. breakfasts offered fresh juice and good coffee each morning.

helpful staff junior suite convenient location
The staff were helpful, especially with luggage since check-in was later. I received a room upgrade to a junior suite upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient. I could walk to many main sites and enjoy lunch stops.
Noise was a problem every morning. Some kind of truck drove down the road, waking me up.

the location was central, near several attractions. the breakfast buffet included freshly baked cakes. the walk-in shower featured a waterfall setting, which i found a nice addition.
i noticed a sewage smell in the downstairs areas . my bedroom felt quite small. i also found the metal doors amplified sound.

helpful staff central location clean room varied choices
the staff was helpful, especially with directions and local recommendations. i found the room to be very clean and well-kept. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. breakfast offered varied choices, including fresh pastries and fruits (i especially enjoyed the cappuccinos).
the elevator was occasionally slow, which sometimes caused a slight delay.
